Braces & Clear Aligners in Singapore

Fixed braces or nearly-invisible clear aligners — straighten your smile at any age.

Braces or aligners — what's the difference?

Fixed braces are brackets bonded to your teeth, in classic metal or the less visible ceramic. Clear aligners are removable transparent trays you swap every couple of weeks — nearly invisible and easier to clean around.

Not every case suits aligners, and complex movements are often better handled by fixed braces. Our dentists will assess your teeth and recommend the option that will actually work for your case, not just the trendiest one.

How long does treatment take?

Most orthodontic treatments take around 18 to 24 months, depending on how much movement is needed. You'll come in for periodic adjustments or new aligner sets, and we track progress at every visit.

And no — you're never too old. Adults straighten their teeth successfully all the time; healthy teeth and gums matter far more than age.

Braces & Clear Aligners — your questions answered

How long do braces take to work?+

Typically around 18 to 24 months, depending on how much your teeth need to move. Your dentist will give you a personalised estimate at the consultation.

Am I too old for braces?+

No — adults straighten their teeth successfully all the time. Healthy teeth and gums matter more than age, and clear aligners make treatment nearly invisible for working adults.

Are clear aligners better than braces?+

Neither is universally better. Aligners are nearly invisible and removable, but not every case is suitable for them; fixed braces handle complex movements reliably. Our dentists will recommend what actually fits your teeth after an assessment.

Do braces hurt?+

There's some tightness and mild soreness for a few days after fittings and adjustments — most people manage it easily, and it fades as your teeth settle.
